This post is very long, but when you have a wedding with so many moments and raw emotions to photograph, that’s what you get!

We started the day at Becca’s parents’ house in Newton. There is something very special in photographing the bride getting ready in her childhood home. While some hotel rooms can be very beautiful, there is just something about getting ready in your familiar environment. There are so many memories connected to that place, and these photos will mean so much more 20 years from now.

From there we headed to the beautiful Temple Beth Elohim where Jon & Becca had two separate Tishes (gatherings) with their friends and family. After that, they danced toward each other for the Bedeken, signed the Ketubah, and had to the ceremony followed by a wild party.

I couldn’t ask for more as a storyteller. Thank you Jon & Becca for letting me be a part of your special wedding.
